Patron Services Associate
12 -1 8 hours/week (combination of day/evening/weekend hours)
$11.80 – $15.50/hour
The Hinsdale Public Library is seeking a friendly, innovative, energetic candidate to join our Patron Services Department.
Responsibilities include providing high quality customer service to patrons both in person and on the phone, handling all routine circulation procedures and explaining circulation policies and procedures to the public in a professional manner.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be flexible and possess a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork. Customer service experience is preferred.
