Part-time Administrative Assistant

Hours: Weekdays, 10 – 12 Hours per week

Salary/Benefits: Starts at $15.00 per hour, DOQ

The Hinsdale Public Library is seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented individual to provide clerical support in the Administrative Office.

Responsibilities include supporting the Department with basic bookkeeping, data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent. You will need to provide good customer service to patrons and staff. Integrity in handling confidential information as well as money is a must.

One year of administrative office experience required.

The Hinsdale Public Library is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual for the position of Youth and Young Adult Page.

Responsibilities include retrieving the materials from the book drop, sorting and shelving library materials in a pleasant and safe environment.

Qualified candidates will possess the ability to work assorted hours which will include evenings and weekends. Applicants with flexibility in their schedules preferred.
