Grades 6-12: The Youth and Young Adult Services Department has volunteer opportunities to assist with programs and many other ways to assist staff and patrons. Teens grades 6-12 may sign up for volunteer opportunities using our Event Calendar. Follow the link and search for events titled “Volunteer.” Tasks may include program help, craft preparation, toy cleaning, etc. Sign up for the day and time slot that works for you. Adult Volunteers: The Library has occasional needs throughout the year for volunteers to help with special events, book sale items, Doorstep Delivery, and other tasks. Community Service Volunteers: Under certain conditions, the Library accepts adult volunteers who are required to complete community service hours by the local court system.
